ReplyDeleteTry to use Excel 2007 for all purpose. Excel 2003 is out of date and the files are larger in size with Excel 2003.
ReplyDeleteThere is another problem in Excel if two files bigger than 10 MB is opened and if we try to save a file the system will be hanged for 5-10 minutes. so use excel 2007, if possible.

ReplyDeleteIn the second page of the contingent bill only the particular bill amount is shown and the balance in the project is shown as the difference between project amount and the current payment. Pls correct this.
ReplyDeleteAlso for the projects funded by GP own fund the estimate cost is shown when we add request and prepare bill.
These are negligible things considering the effort you have done.Hats off ....
